Delivery & returns.
Piece of mind guaranteed, we are not here to do a bad job, it’s just not our style.
We have gone to great lengths to source and pack all of the products that we send to you, and therefore we expect you to receive quality products. We want to make sure your whole experience is great and won’t stop until you’re happy.
If there are any issues with your plants, boxes or bulbs then please get in touch with us as soon as you can, preferably with some photographs. Please either email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org or webchat via the site.
We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can, it will take between 5 - 7 working days for us to process your order and pack it. You’ll receive updates along the way to let you know where we’re up to.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Spend over £150 £6
Spend over £300 Free
We will only ever ship next day delivery so that the plants are only without water and light for 24 - 36 hours. We use DPD Local for the majority of our orders and can only ship our plants within the UK.
We will require a mobile number to pass onto the couriers so that you can receive notifications. We will not use your number for any other purpose, unless you have asked us to do so.
We currently can’t offer timed delivery slots, but if delivery is an issue for you then please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do. There are pickup options available if necessary and larger orders may be shipped via a pallet.
We will ship all bulb orders within 1-2 working days.
